The Miss Empire USA Pageant is a sisterhood and family. Our goal is to work together to promote, uplift, and empower by creating a platform for young women to gain self confidence as well as show their many talents, and ability to serve. However, none of this can happen unless a strong and reliable network of individuals who believe in the same vision are there to lead through example.

We are currently looking for positive dedicated individuals to act as Miss Empire USA Pageant state, region and national director candidates with a passion for event planning and an interest in an exciting career in the glamorous and rewarding world of pageantry. Applicants must be over the age of 21, legally eligible to work with minors, be upstanding members of their local communities, and possess the capabilities to conduct fair and efficient local pageants while respecting national judging criteria and guidelines.

While experience is not necessary, please list any past pageant directing experience if applicable and what state or region in which you would be interested in participating.
