Code of Conduct

To compete in the Miss Empire USA 2021 Nationals

pageant, all contestants…

​

1. Must meet age requirements by January 1,2022 of the competition year

2. Must be a genetic female

3. Never posed nude in video, online, digital, print media of any kind. This includes implied nudity as well.

4. Have no criminal record of any kind

5. National Titleholders may NOT currently hold a title with any other pageant system as of national competition date UNLESS titleholder is an appointed titleholder AND have National Director's written approval

6. Miss Empire USA National Pageant reserves the right to review Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and/or any other social media to verify that any contestant is of moral character to their satisfaction

7. Titleholders give consent to the Miss Empire USA National Pageant and/or its affiliates to televise, record, or live stream any and/or all portion of the Miss Empire USA National Pageant competition

8. Titleholders give consent to the Miss Empire USA National Pageant and/or its affiliates the right to use contestant photos for publicity purposes in connection with all Miss Empire USA National Pageant promotions, advertisements, etc.

9. Should the need arise, the Miss Empire USA National Pageant reserves the right to change the date and location of the state pageant

10. Any contestant, family member, and/or guest displaying less than sportsman like behavior during the Miss Empire USA National Pageant will lead to the immediate disqualification of the contestant. NO REFUND will be given under any circumstances due to these actions

11. Contestants acknowledge that the number of entries will determine deadlines and prize packages.

12. If there are less than two competitors in any division, that delegate will be elevated to the next division competition level.

13. National Titleholders understand that by accepting a national title, she will be required to participate in The One Year "Lead by Example" Community Service and Appearance Commitment Program

14. National Titleholders acknowledge that there will be a $35.00 fee assessed for any returned checks

15. Contestants agree that all decisions of the judge’s panel are final and irrevocable and she will abide by all regulations during the pageant or risk forfeiture of any title. NO refund will be given – no exceptions

16. National Titleholders understand that if selected as the winner in her competition, all professional affairs as Titleholder will be under sole management of the Miss Empire USA National Pageant and/or their licensees, and that the Titleholder will not give any written or verbal commercial endorsements, appearances, speaking engagements, or acting roles of any kind resulting from winning or being a contestant in the Miss Empire USA National Pageant without the expressed written permission of the Miss Empire USA National Pageant.

17. National Titleholders understand that if the decision is made not to continue in the Miss Empire USA National Pageant after enrolling and paying all fees, no refunds will be given - no exceptions

18. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable – no exceptions

19. All contestants and guests under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times during any and all Pageant events. Representatives of The Miss Empire USA Pageant may not act as chaperone for any child. The Miss Empire USA Pageant will not be liable for any incidents that may incur from parent or guardian negligence.
